Incredibly cool vintage Jean Paul Gaultier 'Junior Gaultier' jacket, from Fall/Winter 1988, shown here documented on the runway. This jacket is a bit of a hybrid- a blazer with varsity-style ribbed cuffs at the end of the slightly puffed sleeves. Button up front with intentionally aged gunmetal buttons. Impeccable tailoring with contrasting stitched details to nip the waist and flare toward the hip. Western inspired peach/off-white triangle appliques with pinked edges adorn the front and the back. Braided trimmings along the edges. Strong, padded power shoulder.
